Follow our cameras on a sun-kissed journey to Lennox Farm, where nature’s beauty and delectable flavors intertwine in a heartwarming celebration at the June Field to Fork Tour and Dinner. At this enchanting event, guests embarked on an unforgettable adventure, hand-picking fresh, vibrant vegetables straight from the fields, forging a deeper connection to their food and the land it came from. Dinner was a unique experience, set in the heart of the farm amidst the very fields where the ingredients were sourced. This magical setting under the open sky allowed guests to savor the true essence of farm-to-table dining. As the sun dipped below the horizon, they were treated to a delectable feast that showcased the season’s finest, creating an evening of unforgettable flavors and unforgettable memories.
We covered a handful of these experiences from June to October 2023 following our first experiences with their Field to Fork events the previous year and during the 2020 Dufferin Farm Tour.
The voices of the chefs and the guests is what give these videos so much authenticity. So despite the challenge of moving through the tour and capturing a variety of angles and focal lengths – photography and video – we made sure to stop and setup quick interviews wherever possible using available light and a directional microphone. This is where our setup really shines with a small footprint and low-light lenses and sensors.
