We’re thrilled that our documentary production of the 2020 Dufferin Farm Tour was recognized by the Canada Shorts Film Festival for an award of distinction. The film project started out as a simple conversation about how to “pivot” during the COVID-19 Pandemic where in-person visits to farms would be out of the question during the annual farm tour experience held every October.
We saw the opportunity to replace the in-person experience with an informative documentary film and worked hard to exceed the Farm Tour Association’s expectations. The result is a beautiful production that features numerous farms, their owners and focuses on food security and healthy values.
