I moved to Orangeville about three years ago. The community is growing. A lot of people do love Caribbean food, so that’s something that we figured would have done well here. We had a lot of support from the community. We do appreciate support from them. You know, we wanted to provide for families, and this was a good means of doing that. A lot of people want to try our jerk chicken and a lot of people do seem to love the roti. We do a mild roti and also a spicy one. We do goat as well. They roti is our biggest seller. We hope that with the support of the community we will grow and expand our business and with the support from the community will also be able to hire more staff, supply more produce so people coming here have more variety. We are growing as a community. There’s a lot of little businesses that are popping up it’s each other’s responsibility to make sure that we send or recommend people to whatever other business there is. We have hired a lot of local people. We try to do the best we can to suit the needs and taste buds of everybody that comes in here. So everybody will end up with a smile on their face.
