An Ontario Health Team brings together healthcare providers and first responder teams in a coordinated way to provide a more seamless approach to patient-centred care. We produced a series of videos featuring the various stakeholders involved – to let them share the information personally, build trust and provide a clear message for communities in Dufferin County, Ontario.
We call this approach to stakeholder storytelling and it is our go-to formula for community engagement.
